Tow truck Al Firdous (Al Firdaws), North Obhur: a hydraulic flatbed with a pulling winch that moves your car from villas, rest houses, Al Madinah Road and Prince Naif Road, with a clear price before we move and 24/7 service.
Al Firdaws tow truck
If you searched for a tow truck in Al Firdous, also written Al Firdaws, you probably need your broken-down car moved from this North Obhur district, and that is what Satha Alam does. We use a tilting hydraulic flatbed with a winch and 4-point straps and chains, pulling the car onto the bed and lifting it fully off the ground. We do not use a wheel-lift truck that drags the car on its rear wheels, which is safer for gearboxes, differentials, automatics and EVs.
Al Firdaws is a fairly new district under North Obhur municipality, with new villas, rest houses (istirahas) and plots still being built, crossed by long fast roads. Breakdowns here often happen far from workshops, so you need a truck that reaches you and carries the car a long way inside Jeddah. We do these trips daily and plan the route before leaving.
Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 with your location, car type, condition and destination. We give you a clear price before we move, with no hidden fees, and an honest arrival time, as the district is a fair distance from our base in Al Marwah.

Al Firdaws lies in north Jeddah within North Obhur, west of Al Madinah Road, bordered by Prince Abdulmajeed Road and crossed by Prince Naif Road, with Transcontinental Street among its known streets. Its neighbours are Al Yaqoot, Al Sawari, Al Shiraa, Al Zumurrud and Al Lulu, and it is close to Sharm Obhur and to King Abdullah Medical Complex on Prince Naif Road in neighbouring Al Shiraa. It sits near Jeddah’s northern entrance, so Al Madinah Road traffic and weekend trips to the beaches and rest houses pass close by.
It is a new residential area of villas, rest houses, empty plots and building sites, with some streets still being developed. Surrounding roads are fast, and night breakdowns can happen in poorly lit spots. In the rainy season water collects on some North Obhur streets, and Jeddah Municipality has run rainwater drills in Al Firdaws and Al Yaqoot. Water in the engine needs a tow, not a restart.
A guest's car fails leaving an istiraha late. We come at night and take it to a workshop or home in Jeddah.
A car that took in water on a flooded street. We load it without starting it to protect the engine.
Sudden stop on the highway. We clear the car from the shoulder and take it to any workshop or dealer in Jeddah.
Generators, machines or a Bobcat between new building sites, up to about 3.5 tons.
Moving a non-running car from your old home in Jeddah to your new one in Al Firdaws, or back.
From our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah to Al Firdaws is about 34 km by road, roughly 40–50 minutes depending on traffic. We usually go north on Al Madinah Road to North Obhur, then in via Prince Naif Road or Prince Abdulmajeed Road. The evening peak, when commuters head back north, adds time, while nights are quicker.
With this distance, a live location saves valuable minutes. New streets in Al Firdaws may not show names on every map and some are unfinished, so send the pin on WhatsApp with a photo of the street, and tell us if it is unpaved or flooded so we choose a suitable entrance.
