A non-running car needs more care. The winch pulls it up the tilted bed slowly, but the gearbox must be in neutral and the steering unlocked, so keep the key or smart key near the car. If the wheels are locked, the handbrake is stuck or a tyre is completely flat, tell us at the start so we come prepared.
