Al Shati tow truck

Towing service Al Shati Jeddah, on the corniche and every street

Satha Alam’s Al Shati tow truck serves the district and its visitors from our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah, and Hira Street takes us west to the district’s edge near the sea. Our tilting hydraulic flatbed has a winch and 4-point straps and chains. The winch matters on the corniche, where some cars sink into sand at the edge of car parks or stop where the truck can’t pull up alongside.

Al Shati faces the Red Sea and includes a large part of the north corniche, the ROSHN Waterfront, Al Rahma Mosque known as the Floating Mosque, and Red Sea Mall on King Abdulaziz Road, plus hotels, apartments and villas. Jobs here differ from inland districts: a family whose battery died after hours with the lights on, a car stuck in sand, or a visitor who doesn’t know the area and needs help fast.

Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 with your location, car type, condition and destination. We give you a clear price before we move, with no hidden fees, then head out. We deliver to any workshop, dealer, home or hotel inside Jeddah.

We know Al Shati, the corniche and its roads

Al Shati lies in north Jeddah on the Red Sea, with the sea and corniche to the west and King Abdulaziz Road to the east. Al Zahra and Al Nahdah are to the east and north, with Al Khalidiyah to the south. The North Corniche Road runs along the water, Prince Faisal bin Fahd Street crosses the district, and Hira Street and Prince Naif Street reach it from the east. Landmarks include Red Sea Mall, Al Rahma Mosque and the ROSHN Waterfront.

The district is both tourist and residential: apartment blocks, furnished flats and hotels near the sea, villas further in, and a corniche packed in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Sea humidity and salt wear out electrics and batteries, and long idling with the AC on overheats engines. Some drivers park on soft sand and sink, so we winch the car to firm ground, then load it.

Main roads and landmarks

What do we move in Al Shati?

Cars stuck in sand

Wheels sunk at a sandy car park edge? We winch the car to firm ground, then load it or leave it if it is fine.

Batteries dead after an evening out

Car won't start after a long sit by the sea. We take it to a workshop or home if the fault is more than the battery.

Red Sea Mall visitors

A fault in the mall car park or on King Abdulaziz Road. We agree on the closest exit and come to you.

Hotel and rental cars

A visitor's or rental car failed at the hotel. We deliver it to your chosen destination or the rental company in Jeddah.

Quad bikes and motorcycles

A quad or motorcycle broke down near the sea. We strap it securely and take it for repair.

How far is our tow truck from Al Shati?

From our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah to Al Shati is about 15 km by road, roughly 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. Our natural route is west along Hira Street towards the sea, then King Abdulaziz Road or the corniche depending on your spot. On Thursday and Friday evenings and holidays the corniche is crowded, so we may use a back street to get in faster.

On the corniche, a live location is essential because the waterfront is long and car parks look alike, and ‘by the sea’ is not enough. Send the pin on WhatsApp with the nearest landmark, such as a restaurant or gate, and tell us if the car is on sand so we bring the long cable ready.
