We help Al Khalidiyah villa owners, their drivers and anyone stuck on Prince Sultan Road, Sari Street or King Abdulaziz Road. Our hydraulic flatbed handles luxury cars carefully, with a clear price before we move, 24/7.
Al Khalidiyah tow truck
Satha Alam is a tow truck Al Khalidiyah residents call in one of Jeddah’s most upscale, quiet and well-planned districts. Al Khalidiyah is mostly villas and palaces, surrounded on every side by main roads: King Abdulaziz Road to the west, Prince Sultan Road to the east, Sari Street to the north and Tahlia Street to the south. Al Rawdah lies to the east and Al Andalus to the south, both also among Jeddah’s upscale districts.
Here the broken-down car is usually behind a villa gate or in a private garage, and it is often luxury, classic or a low sports model. So we work calmly: we ask about the gate width, the driveway surface and bumper height, use wheel straps and a gentle bed angle, and avoid any contact with marble or paving at the entrance. If the car will not roll at all inside the garage, we winch it slowly onto the driveway and lift it there, rather than pushing or dragging it over a delicate floor. If the car is in an enclosed garage the flatbed cannot enter, we agree a loading point outside the gate before we arrive and explain each step so you feel confident about your car.
Many requests come from the family’s private driver or house manager, and we deal with them directly and send the price before we move. Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950. We work day and night, Fridays and Eid included.

Al Khalidiyah lies in north-central Jeddah east of King Abdulaziz Road. Sari Street runs along its north side towards Al Shati and the sea, Prince Sultan Road along the east, and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Street (Tahlia) along the south. Al Rawdah is to the east, Al Andalus across Tahlia to the south, and Al Shati and Al Zahra to the north and west. King Faisal Specialist Hospital is a short drive away in Al Rawdah. Prince Saud Al Faisal Street also passes through, and the district has facilities such as Al Khalidiyah Park, Ibn Zaydoun Park and a Civil Defence centre.
The inner streets are quiet, but every edge is a fast, busy road, and Prince Sultan Road is packed with restaurants and cafes such as The Courtyard City. Breakdowns here are usually calm ones: a dead battery after travel, a luxury car that needs the dealer, or a classic car that has not moved in a long time. Being close to the sea, the summer humidity wears out batteries and electrical connections on cars parked for long periods, one of the most common reasons Al Khalidiyah residents call us.
We carry luxury cars from the villa to the dealer or authorised service centre, strapped down with the engine off and no wheels on the road.
A car parked in the garage for years is winched out slowly and loaded with care for a restoration shop or showroom.
Gentle bed angle and tyre straps to protect bumpers and rims, with the loading method planned before we arrive.
We deal directly with the driver or house manager, send the price and time, and deliver the car where instructed.
We move power generators and light equipment to or from villas, within a load of about 3.5 tons.
From our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah, Al Khalidiyah is about 15 km away, roughly 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. We usually head west on Hira Street, then south on Prince Sultan Road or King Abdulaziz Road, entering from Sari Street or Tahlia depending on the villa. In the evening Sari Street can be easier than restaurant-packed Prince Sultan Road.
Villas here look alike from outside, so a live location with the villa number or gate colour saves a lot of time. If the car is in a garage, tell us whether the door opens fully and roughly how high it is. If the villa has a guard or an electronic gate, let the guard know our name and rough arrival time so we can enter without waiting.
