Al Basateen tow truck for villa residents, family cars and 4x4s in north Jeddah, between Prince Sultan Road and King Abdulaziz Road. A hydraulic flatbed, a clear price before we move, and 24/7 service.
Al Basateen tow truck
Satha Alam’s Al Basateen tow truck drives from our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah to move your car from outside your villa, the road or any workshop. Our tilting hydraulic flatbed with winch and 4-point straps and chains suits small cars, family cars, SUVs and pickups, plus light equipment such as Bobcats and generators up to about 3.5 tons.
Al Basateen is a quiet district of large villas near the waterfront and South Obhur, and one of the closest to King Abdulaziz International Airport. Many homes have several cars, some parked for weeks while owners travel, others 4x4s used for desert and beach trips. So we often see flat batteries after long holidays, SUVs failing after a trip, or light equipment leaving a villa renovation.
Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 with your location, vehicle or equipment, condition and destination. We give you a clear price before we move, with no hidden fees, and set off once you agree. We deliver to dealers, workshops, inspection centres and homes inside Jeddah.

Al Basateen lies in north Jeddah between Prince Sultan Road and King Abdulaziz Road, with the North Corniche Road to the west and Al Madinah Road to the east. Al Murjan is towards the sea, Al Mohammadiyah to the south and South Obhur to the north, placing it between the airport and the waterfront. Inner streets include Al Basateen Street, Al Imam Al Bukhari Street, Al Nakheel Street and Ismail bin Abbad Street, fairly wide for loading outside homes.
The district is family villas, gardens and mosques, with lighter traffic than central north Jeddah, but the roads around it are long and fast. Cars left parked during summer travel return with dead batteries and soft tyres, and 4x4s back from the beach can suffer from sand and salt. Light equipment for renovation and landscaping moves around too, and we carry it within our limit.
Car parked for weeks outside the villa and won't start? We winch it on and take it to a workshop or dealer.
4x4s and pickups after desert or beach trips, carried on the bed and secured on four points.
Bobcats, generators or workshop machines for renovation and gardening, up to about 3.5 tons.
Moving an unregistered car or one due for inspection without driving it on the road.
Sudden stops on the fast road between Al Basateen and the northern districts. We clear the car fast.
From our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah to Al Basateen is about 17 km by road, roughly 25–35 minutes depending on traffic. We usually take Hira Street, then head north on Prince Sultan Road or Al Madinah Road and enter by the exit nearest you. Morning and evening peaks are busier, while nights are usually quicker.
Villas here look alike and inner streets are many, so send your live location on WhatsApp with the villa number or gate colour. For equipment or a large vehicle, send a photo of it and the entrance so we plan where to park and how to load before arriving.
