If your car breaks down on the roads to King Abdulaziz International Airport, in its public car parks or in the districts around it, our hydraulic flatbed is close by in Al Marwah, with a clear price before we move, 24/7.
Airport Area tow truck
Need an airport tow truck in Jeddah? Satha Alam serves the King Abdulaziz International Airport area with a hydraulic flatbed, not a wheel-lift. The difference matters: a wheel-lift raises one end and drags the car on its other wheels, while our flatbed tilts almost to the ground, winches the whole car up and straps it at four points, protecting the gearbox, 4×4 system and bumpers.
We serve the public roads leading to the airport, the public car parks at the terminals, and surrounding districts such as Al Mohammadiyah, Al Naeem, Al Basateen, Al Murjan, Al Nahdah and Al Marwah. We do not work in restricted airport operational areas and we have no airport contract. We work for travellers, people meeting arrivals and residents on roads and car parks open to the public. Typical calls: a flat battery in long-term parking, a family car failing on the way to pick someone up, or a car stalling in Umrah and Hajj season traffic.
The price depends on distance, vehicle type and condition, time of request and access, such as the car park level or terminal entrance. Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 for a clear final price before we move, no hidden fees. We have 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia and 19,000+ vehicles moved safely in Jeddah.

King Abdulaziz International Airport is about 19 km north of central Jeddah and covers well over 100 square kilometres. It has three main passenger areas: the new Terminal 1 with its wave-shaped roof, the largest and handling most flights; the North Terminal, used by foreign airlines; and the Hajj and Umrah terminal complex, busy in season. The Haramain High-Speed Railway station is inside the Terminal 1 complex. Terminals are several kilometres apart, each with its own entrances and car parks.
Madinah Road runs west of the airport, and residential districts such as Al Marwah, Al Mohammadiyah, Al Naeem and Al Hamdaniyah surround it. Airport roads mix travellers with daily commuters and get very busy in Ramadan, Umrah and Hajj seasons and holidays. Common problems: batteries drained after days in hot open car parks, soft tyres, and engines overheating in entry and exit queues.
Back from a trip and the car will not start in the car park? We load it from the public car park and take it home or to a workshop in Jeddah.
A car that stops on a road to the terminals while you head to your flight. We clear it while you continue by taxi or with someone else.
A car that fails on the way to pick someone up, handled quickly and taken where you decide.
Low or electric cars that should not be wheel-lifted, carried fully on the hydraulic flatbed.
In seasonal traffic we plan the route and meeting point with you in advance to limit stopping on busy roads.
The airport area is about 13 km from our Al Marwah base, roughly 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. Al Marwah sits just south of the airport, but actual access depends on the terminal, entrance and car park, since terminal entrances are far apart and use looping roads and traffic control points. Ramadan, Umrah and Hajj seasons can add more time.
Name the exact terminal, Terminal 1, North Terminal or the Hajj terminals, and if you are in a car park give the zone, level and row, plus your live location. The wrong terminal can add several kilometres, and an exact pin lets the driver use the right entrance first time.
