Abraq Al Raghamah tow truck
Satha Alam is the tow truck in Abraq Al Raghamah Jeddah, from homes and apartment blocks to main roads like King Abdullah Road, the Haramain Expressway and the routes to Old Makkah Road. Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 with your location, car type, destination and condition, and get the final price before we leave our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah.
Abraq Al Raghamah has a special history: King Abdulaziz camped here with his army before entering Jeddah in 1344 AH, and it was a caravan route between Jeddah and Makkah. Today it is a large residential district of families, workers and students near King Abdulaziz University, beside major routes to Makkah, and the Haramain high-speed railway enters Jeddah here. Traffic is heavy, especially during Umrah season, Ramadan and holidays, which means more breakdowns and accidents.
Our hydraulic tilting bed and winch secure every vehicle at 4 points: cars, family vans, taxis, pickups and light Dynas. 10+ years in Saudi Arabia, 19,000+ vehicles moved. We work inside Jeddah only, so we don’t take cars to Makkah or other cities.

Abraq Al Raghamah lies in east Jeddah. King Abdullah Road and Al Nakheel are to the north, the Haramain Expressway and Al Sulaymaniyah to the west, Al Harazat to the east and Quwaizah to the south. It is close to Old Makkah Road and King Abdulaziz University. Landmarks include Abraq Al Raghamah park, the historic site that gives the district its name and the Haramain railway line.
Most breakdowns here relate to the expressways and traffic. In peak seasons, long queues towards Makkah overheat engines and cause bumps at ramps. Residential streets are crowded with parked cars, taxis and delivery cars work long hours, and some streets on the eastern edge are rougher on tyres and suspension.
Work car stopped? We take it to the workshop fast so you lose as little time as possible.
Cars that overheat or lose the gearbox in Ramadan and Umrah traffic go home or to a Jeddah workshop.
After Najm or the police, we clear the damaged car and take it to assessment or a body shop.
Loaded family vans moved safely once passengers are somewhere safe.
Work pickups and light Dynas to the industrial area or AC and electrical workshops, up to about 3.5 tons.
Cars of KAU students living in the district to workshops and dealers inside Jeddah.
From our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah to Abraq Al Raghamah is about 17 km, roughly 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. We take the Haramain Expressway south, then King Abdullah Road east into the district. During Umrah season, Ramadan and peak hours, the King Abdullah Road and Haramain junction gets busy.
The district is large and its streets look alike, so a live location saves time. If you’re on an expressway, tell us your direction; reaching the wrong side of King Abdullah Road or the Haramain Expressway means a long U-turn. Inside the district, mention the nearest mosque or school.
