We help Al Naseem residents, its busy apartment blocks and anyone stopped on Bani Malik Street or the Haramain Expressway by the district. Our hydraulic flatbed comes as fast as traffic allows, with a clear price before we move, 24/7.
Al Naseem tow truck
Our Al Naseem tow truck service from Satha Alam covers one of Jeddah’s most densely populated districts. Al Naseem covers about 6.6 square kilometres with tens of thousands of residents, mostly in closely packed apartment blocks, with cars on both sides of the street and in basement car parks. So requests here have a pattern: a dead car in a building basement, a car boxed in on a narrow street, or a breakdown in Bani Malik Street traffic at sunset.
Our hydraulic flatbed has a tilting bed and pulling winch, which is very useful here because it draws the car from a tight space onto the bed without pushing by hand or scratching. We secure it with straps and chains on four points and carry sedans, family cars, SUVs, pickups, vans, EVs, hybrids and motorcycles up to about 3.5 tons.
Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 with your live location, car type, destination in Jeddah and condition. You get a clear final price before we move, with no hidden fees. With 10+ years in Saudi Arabia and more than 19,000 vehicles moved, our towing service in Al Naseem runs at night, Fridays, holidays and Eid.

Al Naseem is in central Jeddah on the eastern side, under the Al Sharafiyah sub-municipality. Bani Malik Street separates it from Bani Malik to the north, Al Sulaymaniyah lies to the south, the Haramain Expressway separates it from Al Nakheel to the east, and Al Wurood is to the west. King Abdullah Road runs to the south with East Jeddah General Hospital on the southern edge, and the district is close to the Haramain train station, King Abdullah Bridge, King Abdulaziz University, Al Salam Mall and Al Andalus Mall.
It is a dense residential district with many mosques, schools, pharmacies and grocery shops, home to employees, students and families. Parking is scarce, cars are sometimes double-parked, and many blocks have low basement car parks a flatbed cannot enter. Bani Malik Street, Al Naseem main street and the Haramain and King Abdullah Road entrances jam at peak times, bringing overheating, gearbox and battery faults and minor collisions.
The flatbed cannot enter a low basement, but if the ramp allows we winch the car from the basement entrance to the street, then load it.
We winch a dead car out from between two others without hand-pushing and load it quickly so the street is not blocked for long.
Delivery and private motorcycles are loaded and strapped with dedicated straps and taken to a bike workshop or anywhere in Jeddah.
An old car parked for months that you want at a big workshop or a sale point in Jeddah? We move it as it is, at a price agreed in advance.
A car that stops in Bani Malik Street traffic or at the Haramain entrances is lifted quickly to cut the risk and the queue.
Our base is on Hira Street in Al Marwah, north Jeddah, about 15 km from Al Naseem. Arrival takes approximately 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. The usual route is south on the Haramain Expressway, then into the district via the Bani Malik exit or King Abdullah Road depending on where your car is. Traffic is heaviest at sunset and at weekends near the malls.
A live location saves a lot of time here, as inner streets are many, similar and slow. Send it from the car and mention the building name or colour, whether the car is in a basement or on the street, and whether other cars are blocking it, so we know in advance if we must winch first.
