Residents of the Southern Iskan and the Prince Abdulmajeed housing blocks know how tight parking is between the groups. Our hydraulic flatbed reaches your building, pulls the car out gently, gives a clear price before we move, 24/7.
Al Iskan tow truck
If you need a tow truck in Al Iskan, south Jeddah, we know the place. The Southern Iskan, also known as the Prince Abdulmajeed Model Housing Project, is a large residential area of apartment buildings arranged in numbered groups, with thousands of units and tens of thousands of residents. That layout creates different towing jobs: long rows of parked cars between buildings, shared car parks, and older cars that sit for a while and then will not start.
Our hydraulic flatbed has a tilting bed and pulling winch, so we can pull a car out from between two others or a tight bay without starting it, then lift it onto the bed and secure it with straps and chains on 4 points. We never drag cars on the asphalt because it harms the gearbox and tyres.
We have 10+ years of experience and more than 19,000 vehicles moved safely. Send us the group and building number with your location, car type, destination and condition. You get a clear price before we move, with no hidden fees, and we work inside Jeddah only.

The Southern Iskan lies in south Jeddah within and around Prince Abdulmajeed district, close to Al Lith Road and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway. It borders Al Sanabel, Prince Fawaz, Al Jawharah and Al Waziriyah, and is not far from the Industrial Area. It is made of similar buildings spread over numbered groups, such as Group 3 and Group 7, each building with its own number, plus mosques and grocery markets, and the Southern Iskan cemetery nearby on the Makkah Expressway.
Because the buildings look alike, wrong descriptions are what delay arrival most. Parking is mostly open and shared, and cars sit for long periods in the sun, which weakens batteries and tyres. There are also older family cars that overheat in summer, and cars sold while parked that need moving to the buyer or a workshop. Because many residents work shifts, we get calls late at night or early before work, and then the priority is loading the car quietly without disturbing the neighbours.
A car not started for months, winched out even with soft tyres and lifted without dragging.
Sold your car while it does not run? We move it from the building car park to the buyer's home or workshop in Jeddah.
Vans and 7-seat-plus family cars loaded safely, and small buses such as a Coaster too.
A car that overheated and died on the way home, taken to a workshop before the engine is damaged further.
Many Iskan residents repair cars in the nearby Industrial Area, and we take the car straight from the building to the workshop.
From our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah to the Southern Iskan is about 25 km, roughly 30–40 minutes depending on traffic. The usual route runs south on Al Haramain Road, then the Makkah Expressway or Al Lith Road, entering by the gate closest to your group.
The buildings are very similar, so a live location is the key. Send it from beside the car itself, and add the group number, building number and car colour. Mention any gate or private parking lane. That way the driver goes straight to the car instead of asking around. If you cannot go down to the car, send a photo of it with the building number visible behind it.
