Satha Alam Customer Reviews in Jeddah

I moved a small guard cabin from a site in Quwaiza. There was a small delay because of traffic on Haramain Road, but the driver kept in touch and updated me. Loading on the hydraulic flatbed was easy and the cabin arrived with no damage. Good service, I recommend it.

We moved our workshop from Al-Kandarah to the Industrial Area, including a lathe, a welding machine and a compressor. Satha Alam did several trips the same day without us having to ask twice. The team is helpful and knows how to move workshop machines. They really did a great job.

Power went out at our project site in North Obhur at 11 at night and we needed a backup generator from the warehouse. I called Satha Alam and their 24-hour service is real. They came, moved the generator, and we had the site running before dawn. Thanks to the driver for being so fast.

We picked up a new filling machine from Jeddah Islamic Port, and the gate paperwork takes time. The driver was patient and did not complain, then moved the machine safely to our factory in the Industrial Area. A respectable equipment transport service with good timing 👍

Our Coaster bus stopped in Al-Samer with a gearbox problem. I thought a normal flatbed could not carry it, but Satha Alam brought a suitable truck and took it to the dealer with no problems. Minibus towing needs experience and they have it. Thank you.

The Hiace van we use for deliveries suddenly died in Al-Hamdaniyah while fully loaded. I called them and they came in less than half an hour. Moving the Hiace with its load was well handled, and the driver even helped me arrange the boxes before lifting. Excellent service.

Our school bus would not start early in the morning in Al-Naeem, and we needed it out of the gate before the students came. Satha Alam arrived at 6:30 and quietly took it to maintenance. Polite people and on time, which is exactly what a school needs.

My Staria had an electrical fault and I did not want to drive it. I booked a tow from Al-Marwah to the dealer, and the driver was careful with the front bumper because it sits low, using the winch slowly. Not one scratch. Thank you Satha Alam 🌹

My H1 had a big oil leak so I parked it in Al-Hindawiyah. The driver came fast and took it to a workshop in the Industrial Area, and even waited until the mechanic checked it in case we needed to take it back. Really good manners.

Our small Dyna tipper truck broke down at a building site in Ghulail where the ground had holes everywhere. Satha Alam brought a strong hydraulic flatbed and pulled it out with the winch without any damage. We now use them for all our transport.
