In Dhahban and the far north of Jeddah, on Madinah Road, near Salman Bay or in the new housing schemes, our hydraulic flatbed comes from Al Marwah, with a clear price before we move, 24/7.
Dhahban tow truck
Satha Alam is the Dhahban tow truck for Jeddah’s far north, where distances are long, roads are fast and services are spread out. If your car fails on Madinah Road at Dhahban, in a new housing scheme still under construction, or on the way back from Salman Bay, our hydraulic flatbed tilts almost to the ground, winches the car up, straps it at four points and takes it to any district in Jeddah you choose.
Dhahban is different from the city centre. Breakdowns here often happen on a highway with fast traffic around you, on open land far from any workshop, or on a building site with equipment and trucks. So your safety comes first: we ask you to move away from the lane, agree a clear meeting point, and prepare straps and chains for the vehicle, whether a small car, pickup, light Dyna or Bobcat.
The price depends on the actual distance from Dhahban to your destination in Jeddah, vehicle type, size and condition, time and access, such as sand or a building site. Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 for a clear final price before we move, no hidden fees. We have 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia and 19,000+ vehicles moved, and we know long trips in north Jeddah.

Dhahban is at the far north of Jeddah, about 40 km from the city centre, with its own sub-municipality covering districts such as Salman Bay, North Obhur, Al Sawari, Taibah, Al Zumurrud, Al Yaqout and Al Lulu. The main road is Madinah Road, with the Dhahban bridge, lined with rest houses, shops and fuel stations. Landmarks include Salman Bay, Dhahban Marine Park, nearby Durrat Al Arus and Dhahban’s old heritage village.
East of Madinah Road and north of Usfan Road, new housing schemes are still being built, with unfinished streets and open sandy plots. Breakdowns vary: overheating on the highway at midday, high-speed blowouts, a pickup stuck in site sand, or light equipment moving between sites. With workshops in central and south Jeddah so far away, a flatbed is safer than pushing on with a faulty car.
A car stopped on Madinah Road at Dhahban, lifted quickly off the hard shoulder and taken to a workshop in Jeddah.
A small Bobcat, small forklift or generator moved between sites in the new schemes, within about 3.5 tons.
Construction pickups and light Dyna trucks that break down in the schemes or on the road, after heavy cargo is unloaded.
A car that will not start after a trip to Salman Bay or a roadside rest house, loaded and brought back to your home or workshop in Jeddah.
Quads and motorcycles that broke down in open areas, strapped onto the flatbed and moved safely.
Dhahban is about 43 km from our Al Marwah base, roughly 45–55 minutes depending on traffic. We usually go from Hira Street to Madinah Road and north past Obhur to Dhahban, or use the Haramain Expressway then Usfan Road for the eastern schemes. End-of-shift hours and weekends can add time on the stretches near Obhur.
In Dhahban a live location is essential, not optional. Many spots have no clear street names, exits are far apart, and the wrong side of the road can mean several kilometres to the next U-turn. Send your location, say whether you face north or south, and name the nearest landmark such as a fuel station or bridge.
