Mushrifah tow truck
Satha Alam is a tow truck Mushrifah residents can call in a long-established residential district in north-central Jeddah. In the late 1960s Mushrifah was one of the city’s newest residential areas; today it is a fully serviced district of older villas, apartment blocks and shops, and it hosts the official headquarters of Al Ittihad Club, which changes everything on match days. The district lies between Madinah Road and Prince Majid Road, close to Palestine Street.
Two important roads cross the district: King Fahd Road (Sitteen) and Al Makarona Street. Al Makarona is a busy, narrow street lined with shops, and any breakdown there blocks traffic behind it quickly. So we plan for a short loading time and a carefully chosen stopping point, and we often winch the car into the nearest side street before lifting it. The same applies on Sitteen at rush hour, where we need a safe stopping point on the side before lifting. Since the district is fairly close to our base, we can arrive reasonably fast when traffic is light.
Our towing service in Mushrifah runs day and night. Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 with your location, car type and destination, and we give you a clear price before we move. We cover every part of the district, from the Granada side down to Palestine Street.

Mushrifah lies in north-central Jeddah with Madinah Road to the west and Prince Majid Road to the east, Palestine Street to the south and the Granada Road side to the north. King Fahd Road (Sitteen) and Al Makarona Street cross it, and known streets include Al Tadamon Al Arabi and Al Rabita Al Islamiya. Al Aziziyah is to the north, Al Sharafiyah to the south, and Al Rehab and Bani Malik to the east. Magrabi Hospital and Al Ittihad Club headquarters are here. Local shopping centres, medical complexes and pharmacies are spread across the district, so traffic continues all day.
Tow requests rise because of Al Makarona’s narrow, shop-lined lanes, evening traffic on Sitteen and Madinah Road, crowds around Al Ittihad Club, and older family cars parked at villas whose owners have lived here for decades. Many older villas have narrow entrances and small inner parking, so winching the car out to the street is sometimes the only way to load. With Magrabi Hospital and medical complexes in the district, nearby parking fills up during clinic hours.
A car stopped in the narrow street and blocking traffic is winched into a side street and loaded quickly so traffic flows again.
A car that failed near the club before or after an event is moved once crowds ease or from the nearest reachable point.
If your appointment means you should not drive afterwards, or the car fails in the car park, we take the car home and you return however suits you.
Cars parked for years at older villas are winched carefully, tyres checked before lifting, then taken to a workshop or buyer.
Family and small school minibuses, Coasters and Rosas carried on the flatbed within the permitted load.
Mushrifah is fairly close to our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah. It is about 14 km away, roughly 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. We head south on King Fahd Road (Sitteen) or Prince Majid Road, both of which cross Hira Street, and enter from the Granada side or directly via Sitteen. In the evening peak we may choose Madinah Road if Sitteen is jammed.
A live WhatsApp location is essential, especially on Al Makarona where directions and shops look alike. On match days or events, tell us if streets around the club are closed so we choose another entry and save time. In the inner streets, the name of a nearby mosque or shop helps us.
