We help Al Rehab families, villa and apartment residents, and drivers stuck on the Haramain Expressway, Palestine Street or Arbaeen Street. Our hydraulic flatbed is close by, the price is clear before we move, and we work 24/7.
Al Rehab tow truck
Satha Alam is a tow truck Al Rehab residents can rely on in a quiet family district surrounded by some of Jeddah’s busiest roads. Al Rehab belongs to the Al Aziziyah municipality, covers about 6.4 square kilometres, and is mostly family villas and apartment buildings. Al Ahli Club headquarters sits in the middle of it, and the Al Rehab Walkway draws residents out in the evenings. It is surrounded by the Haramain Expressway, Tahlia, Palestine Street and Arbaeen, so traffic around it hardly ever stops.
So most of our jobs start at someone’s front door: a family car that would not start in the morning, an SUV with a dead battery after a trip abroad, or a car with a warning light that the owner does not want to drive to the dealer. We load quietly, without damaging driveway tiles or blocking the street for neighbours.
On the other side, the Haramain Expressway along the eastern edge brings breakdowns on the hard shoulder: overheating, tyres or sudden faults. Either way, call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 with your location and the car’s condition, and we reply with a clear price before we move. We also serve neighbouring districts such as Bani Malik and Al Safa when their destination is a workshop or dealer in Al Rehab.

Al Rehab lies in north-central Jeddah, bounded by the Haramain Expressway to the east, Palestine Street to the south, Tahlia Street (Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz) to the north and Prince Mitab (Arbaeen) Street to the west. Bani Malik is across Palestine Street to the south, with Al Aziziyah and Mushrifah to the west and Al Safa and Al Wahah to the north. With Al Ahli Club headquarters in the middle of the district, most people in Jeddah know its inner streets, which makes describing your location easier. Administratively it belongs to the Al Aziziyah sub-municipality.
Breakdowns here usually come from long daily drives on the expressway and summer heat, cars left parked during travel, and evening traffic around Al Ahli Club on match days and around the walkway. Because the district is boxed in by an expressway and three main streets, we can reach it from several directions. The Al Rehab Walkway also draws many families in the evening, so parking along it fills up and large vehicles find it harder to move. On match days we prefer loading from the edges near Palestine Street or Arbaeen rather than the streets around the club.
SUVs and family cars with flat batteries or that will not start, loaded from the villa parking or outside the building and taken to a workshop or dealer.
A car stopped on the shoulder near the Al Rehab exits is lifted quickly, moved off the road and taken where you choose.
Warning light or strange noise and you would rather not drive it? We carry it to the dealer on the flatbed with the engine off.
Hybrid and electric cars ride fully on the bed with no wheels on the road, which is the safest way for their drive systems.
A car left for weeks with a weak battery or soft tyres goes for inspection instead of being forced to start.
Al Rehab is one of the closest districts to our base on Hira Street in Al Marwah. It is about 12 km away, roughly 15–25 minutes depending on traffic. We usually head south on Prince Mitab (Arbaeen) Street or the Haramain Expressway and enter from Tahlia Street or directly from Arbaeen. Early in the morning arrival is usually quicker because Arbaeen and the expressway are lighter.
The district is large and the inner streets look alike, so your live WhatsApp location makes a real difference. If you are on the Haramain Expressway, tell us your direction and the last exit you passed, because approaching from the wrong side can add a full loop. In the inner streets, the name of a nearby mosque or school helps a lot.
