Al Ruhaili tow truck
Satha Alam is your tow truck in Jeddah Al Ruhaili, the name most locals use for Taibah district in north-east Jeddah, between Usfan Road and Madinah Road. If your car will not start outside the house, fails on King Saud Road inside the district, or dies on Usfan Road on the way to university, our hydraulic flatbed tilts almost to the ground, winches the car up, straps it at four points and takes it anywhere in Jeddah.
Al Ruhaili mixes older houses, villas, new apartment blocks and expanding schemes, and two of north Jeddah’s main entry roads pass around it. Usfan Road carries many trucks, and Madinah Road is fast with fuel stations and rest houses. So requests vary: daily student and commuter cars, pickups and light Dyna trucks, cars stuck at roadside stations and large family cars.
The price depends on distance, vehicle type, size and condition, time and access. Call or WhatsApp 058 056 4950 for a clear final price before we move, no hidden fees. We have 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia and 19,000+ vehicles moved safely, and north Jeddah roads are part of our daily work.

Al Ruhaili is the common name for Taibah district in north-east Jeddah, under the Dhahban sub-municipality. It lies between Usfan Road and Madinah Road near Wadi Obhur, crossed by King Saud Road, with Ata bin Yasar Road to the north, the Usfan bridge to the south, Al Bashaer to the east and Al Asalah to the south. Al Ruhaili station on Madinah Road is well known to drivers, and the University of Jeddah on Usfan Road and King Abdullah Sports City are nearby.
The district is mostly residential, but the roads around it are heavy through-routes, so bridges and exits jam at work and study times. Common problems: students’ cars overheating on the way to university, tyres damaged by truck debris on Usfan Road, cars that will not start after long summer parking, and sudden faults at signals and roundabouts. With workshops in the south far away, a flatbed is safer than driving a faulty car.
A car that broke down on the way to the University of Jeddah or in its car parks, taken to a workshop or home so the student can make class.
A car stopped on Usfan Road among trucks, lifted off the shoulder quickly to cut the risk.
A car that will not start at a fuel station or rest house on Madinah Road, loaded and taken anywhere in Jeddah.
Small trucks and light Dyna used for building and deliveries in the district, moved after heavy cargo is unloaded.
Large family cars, vans and minibuses such as the Coaster, taken to the dealer or workshop you choose in Jeddah.
Al Ruhaili is about 27 km from our Al Marwah base, roughly 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. We usually take Hira Street to the Haramain Expressway, then Usfan Road, or Madinah Road north if you are on the western side. Start-of-work hours and university traffic can add time at the bridges.
Send your live location and say whether you are inside the district, on Usfan Road or on Madinah Road, and which direction you face. Reaching the opposite lane can mean a loop at the next bridge, and an exact pin saves that time for both of us.
